On Saturday, our friends invited us to their house for a Gingerbread Party.
It was such a great party- such a cute idea. I am so glad I have friends that think up these things...
The girls had a blast.
Tessa ate a lot of candy.
She was in heaven.
After the party, we drove to the Christmas Tree Lot and picked out our trees.
One for the girlies-
and one for me.
(The big tree is mine and see that little, tiny tree that the girls picked out?
We got it home and cut the twine to discover a very HUGE tree.
The girls were thrilled!
And now it stands, proudly, in our family room- halfway in front of our TV.
As my dad would say, "Who buys a tree without seeing it first?"
We do. That would be us.
