Top Five
1. Watching Annie and Kate play with ALL of their new toys. They were so excited and it was so much fun having little kids to watch at Christmas. 
2. My dad turned 50 and we had a big party for him. We gave him the book I've been working on for the last 3 months. Thanks to everyone who wrote. He actually loved it.
3. The Christmas Eve party at Mike and Jeannette's house. The food was awesome and so was the Happy Birthday Song!
4. My mom, Taylor, Brooke and Garrett all came up to Boise to see us. I love when my family comes and stays with us. Annie wishes they would move here.
5. Spending Christmas with my little family. Brock braving the Christmas Eve rush at the mall to pick out perfect presents for me. Annie telling us all about Santa Claus and Kate smiling and dancing to every song that she hears. I am so grateful for them all and love them so much!
Not the Top 5 1. The snow storm on the way down to Provo. We spent 8 hours in the car- 30 minutes sitting in the exact same spot. By the time we got to Salt Lake, we started opening presents and giving them to the girls so they would stop screaming. 
2. Driving home at 3:00 in the morning so we could avoid the storm the next day.
3. Trying to pack your entire Christmas into your car, cramming presents into every crack and corner of the car. Then we get to Provo and Brooke and G have a present for the girls. It is a 6 ft. basketball hoop! Luckily they brought it up to our house:). Thanks for the hoop. They love it.
4. BYU losing to Boise St. by 3 points because they didn't play very well. That definitely spoiled my dad's holiday spirit. We took the girls to see him after the game, and Annie said that the Cougars won and played good. I don't think that made my dad feel better.
5. Getting super sick and fighting the worse sore throat in the world, so I am spending New Year's Eve in my bed. I think that finally all the action caught up to me.
We had a blast and we are so thankful for our family and friends. We are so blessed. We hope you all had a Merry Christmas too!

So cute!! We missed you at our party and hope you feel better soon! I like your Christmas NOT list, Mark was bummed that BYU lost, but probably not as much as your dad.
i totally forgot to write something for your dad. sorry.
also, glad to see you guys have continued the pinata tradition.
